How it works

The price is
the probability.

Every market is a single question with two sides. The price of a share is the crowd's estimate of the odds — and it moves in real time as people trade.

01 · A question

Yes or No.

Each market asks one clear, resolvable question. You buy YES if you think it happens, NO if you don't. Each share pays $1 if you're right, $0 if you're wrong.

02 · A price

63¢ ≈ 63%.

A YES share trading at 63¢ means the market thinks there's roughly a 63% chance. Disagree? That gap is your edge — buy low, and your conviction is priced in.

03 · A settlement

$1 or $0.

When the event resolves, winning shares pay $1 each. Don't want to wait? Sell any time before close at the current price and lock in the move.

It's a market, not a sportsbook — prices come from people trading, not a house setting odds against you. A wrong call can lose your full stake, so size your positions with care.

Resolution & trust

Resolved on
the evidence.

Every market ships with its resolution rule and the source it will be judged against. When the event closes, we post the evidence link and hold a 48-hour dispute window before payout.

v1 uses admin-curated resolution with published evidence. v2 integrates oracle networks (UMA, Reality.eth) for price-keyed markets.
Stage 01
Rule published at listing
The exact question, close time, and source of truth are fixed before the first trade.
Stage 02
Evidence posted at close
When the event happens we attach the resolving evidence and mark the outcome.
Stage 03
48-hour dispute window
Challenge a resolution before payout finalizes. Settled markets then pay $1 per winning share.
Part of something bigger

A good call lifts
tomorrow's yield.

Markets shares one account and one wallet with the rest of Nuqo. A settled win becomes a Boost on your Vault's next-day yield — upside only. A losing position only ever risks its stake; your Vault principal never moves.

Questions

Before you trade.

01 How is a price set?
By people trading, not a house. The price of a YES share is what buyers and sellers agree it's worth, and it reads directly as a probability — 63¢ means the market sees roughly a 63% chance. It moves the instant new information arrives.
02 Can I sell before it settles?
Yes. You can exit any open position at the current market price — lock in a gain if the odds moved your way, or cut a position you've changed your mind on. You don't have to hold to settlement.
03 What are the fees?
There's no house edge — you trade against other people, not against us. A small settlement fee is published on every market before you confirm, and the platform's standard 5% fee applies only when you withdraw. Nothing is hidden in the spread.
04 How are markets resolved?
Each market lists its resolution rule and source of truth at launch. v1 uses admin-curated resolution with a published evidence link and a 48-hour dispute window; v2 brings oracle networks (UMA, Reality.eth) for price-keyed markets.
05 How does a win boost my yield?
A settled winning position emits a Boost event. At daily close those Boosts compose into a Multiplier on your Vault's next-day yield, between ×1.00 and ×1.50. Only your stake is ever at risk — see Nuqo Trade for the full math.
